Cannot log in on my castle

I had not logged out for a few years. I did so after confirming  it was connected to my email. my password did not worn when  I tried to login. I reset it twice and have still been unable to access my castle.

my castle name has disappeared from this forum.

hello

i noticed if you switch wifi to regular phone connection it may get disordered.

+ the iphone is still confused abour this game

Hello , i advice you to Deactivate the wi fi and connect with mobile data.

Good afternoon, help please, I can't log in to the game. It loads up to the point of "opening the throne room doors" and then freezes, followed by an error:  

p.s. I play from a computer, and I have the same problem with my smartphone when using both WIFI and mobile data.

Hello Vadim , if you scroll and read some comments up , you can see that i adviced  to deactivate wi fi and connect with mobile data...

In your case , from pc- you could to use a VPN  or you can use your phone (mobile data) like a hotspot.

I'm here on my dad's behave! He accidentally logged out of his castle and can't remember the email he used! Is there any way to recover his castle?

Game of Thrones loads 99% and then won't load. Reinstalling the game and the launchpad doesn't help. I tried running it on a different PC, with the same result. However, I can play Stormfall: Age of War just fine (same game, same internet connection). I haven't received any emails confirming my technical support request has been accepted. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

If you have a ticket number from Stormfall: Rise of Balur we may be able to help you. Otherwise I suggest you login using VPN on your computer.

The problem is that they don't create a ticket. The request isn't registered.

Thank you for your participation. I have submitted my request using the form you provided. 

I play using a VPN. The European server works fine. The Russian server has been down for over 10 days (it loads to 99% and then doesn't load). The clan says they banned me.

I created the account. I haven't shared the account keys with anyone. I've been playing for almost three years without breaking a single rule.

I received an email notification from Plarium about the login change, but I haven't received any notifications about my requests being accepted.

We see that some kind of error occurred.

Help restore access to my account.
