Hello MadTeddy, I am tremendously sorry for all the possible inconvenience you might have recently faced. As I can see, the issue with building troops was resolved and the reply from our support department was provided. As for the performance issues, we are still working on fixing them as Robert mentions. If there are some more issues that remained unanswered, please specify them clearly.
