Boromir, it's not a bug. These bonuses don't sum.
Level 22 shows that you receive +1000 Castle Defense Bonus.
Level 23 shows that you receive +1000 Castle Defense Bonus and +65% to Hamlet Gathering Rate.
Level 24 shows that you receive +1000 Castle Defense Bonus and +65% to Hamlet Gathering Rate and +20% Hamlet Defence Bonus.
:))) But stil, it's a strange way to show that at lvl 22 you get +1000 and that's it. The next levels you could just put 0. This way, all the 99.9% of us can understand better.

What's wrong with the first 2 pics? If you click on Details, you'll see the exact number of bonuses that you should get on a particular level.
My original question was: is that a way to upgrade them more? Because the status bar shows it still have room for that. But thanks everyone for all the answers.

I see. Indeed, it's a bit confusing but we didn't receive similar complaints before. 🤔 Thanks for your questions/suggestion, we will keep it in mind.
