Hello, 

"I registered my account using a placeholder email address that I  do not have access to. I want to update my account to my real email address."

On email I couldn't got response . I hope here I got clear answer and help.

Also , I am using google play store where I see my daily streak of game.

Sir, one more request, if possible so please update the game on Google play store for Android 15 atleast. In some new phones it's not work. 


But mainly thank for guiding. My main priority is secure my castle properly. And I will also assure all of you for not to use placeholder or random e-mail ID to save my castles more .

Доброго дня. Сегодня решил привязать аккаунт к ID Plarium, так как привязка к ФБ меня не устраивала, но что то пошло не так. На почту ничего не пришло, в игру не пускает.

Hello I email through [email protected] for my castle mail address change . I also send my purchase screenshot and bill of my anniversary pack but from more than 2-3 weeks no reply comes. 


I couldn't got any reply.
