They will say clear the Cache , Close the game prperly and restart the phone . it is the same time the same answer .

I've had the same problem. Since June of 2015. I have since changed phones, cleared the cache repeatedly and its always the same. Send in ticket and get a form reply. This is the only game I play that has this problem. I've spent far too much time and money to deal with this problem. Just like everyone else.
