What about of all the Russian and Ukrainean bots? Are you going to do something about them? Because if the game is so broken, I doubt any of the real players will pay money to go against the cheating leagues. 

Besides, your deactivation of the many Russian and Belarus accounts, while acknowledging the "massive bot farms," did not fix the problem.

When you talk about who use bots... It doesn't matter what country, it will be blocked anyway when will be detected . just saying...
