I have provided screenshots from an alliance that uses automated logins to access hundreds of castles simultaneously, at regular intervals. My question is: what further data or information do you need in order for Plarium to take action and ban them? Nothing short of a ban will stop them.

(My point is that they aren’t using paid VPN services for free; the sandbox environment likely requires updates, too, to avoid getting banned—so, in effect, Plarium’s revenue ends up going to third-party companies).
