I can't participate at League Brawl

I noticed that in the League Brawl tournament I was not only placed in a higher tier than I should have been (Diamond), but I also have no opponents in my tournament bracket. I meet all the required conditions and have well over 5 million Power Points, so I don't understand why this is happening. Because of this, I can't participate in the event. I really don't want to miss out on the rewards from this tournament. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or has experienced the same problem?

Hello Lord,

Does everyone in your league see the same thing? No brawl opponent?

While your league may have met all the requirements to participate, there may not be an even number of leagues in the Diamond tier in your server so matching your league with an opponent was not possible.

Yes, everyone in my league sees the same thing. We do not have any opponent assigned in the League Brawl.

However, I am a bit confused by the explanation. If there was no possible opponent because of an uneven number of leagues in the Diamond tier, does that mean our league will simply miss the event and lose all potential rewards through no fault of our own?

We met all the participation requirements, and I would appreciate it if you could clarify whether there will be a solution, compensation, or an alternative matchup. It would be very disappointing to miss the event rewards because of a matchmaking issue.

I meet all the required conditions and have well over 5 million Power Points, so I don\u0027t understand why this is happening. Because of this, I can\u0027t participate in the event. I really don\u0027t want to miss out on the rewards from this tournament.
