Hello , Greetings. If you are located in Russia or Belarus, the company has ceased its cooperation with these countries, including responding to its services.
Did you tried to uninstall and install again the application plarium play ? did you tried to connect with a different internet point ? or a VPN ?

второй день весь альянс не может зайти в игру. загрузка только до 99 процентов((
