We all hate Lag and not being able to log in!

Hello Stormfallers As many have had problems with launcher Loads and Game lag at times when I have not there are many reason  this could Be and most answers can be found in this Link https://race.com/blog/what-causes-lag-in-games/   

To test your speeds I have also added an Internet speed test that can help you to see if there is a problem with your internet speeds, jitter (measurement of internet Latency) as well as ping rate the lower the better!

I have  had  a couple times even My excellent ISP  has had an issue so no one is immune but  hopfully this information will help to  sort things Out  so  as a first line of  defense try this information

Also been stuck for  over 12 hours at 99% - just for kicks and giggles I have tried all the troubleshooting, looks like this is Plarium's issue and not any of my computers...

the problem is plarium after the update, because some users enter the game and others are stuck at 99% on the same computer.


So confirmed that it is not a computer problem


It's incredible that it's been more than 12 hours since we can't get in, a shame since it makes us lose a lot of things and lose interest. It shouldn't crash for an update :(

Looks as if they would have some way to tell us sorry were down . Nothing ever we sit here playing the erase this erase that  reload re enter all log in info again  . Nothing then have to hunt the internet to find there down . Active packs lost  barely anything in return for it .  Each Update gets more screwed up then the last . Tell us which department is so bad at there job this keeps happening over and over . Maybe this department needs a firm boot and some fresh faces .  Then Ohh  spend more money in a game that can not get stuff correct atleast 95% of the time .

today i dusted off my older laptop ; and started plarium_play ; so of course its been about a year ; that machine. had to update the app

and then its done ; i launched stormfall = exact same message & crash !!

so i can only conclude... that something being sent to my laptops ; from plarium for this last weeks update- is causing this flash_wrapper.exe to encounter conflicts/issues & crash

someone please help me. advise me. im at my wit's end

i used a friend's laptop running windows 10 ; installed the app ; did the updates & it hasnt glitched once... 

so the issue seems to be that the last update is causing some "flash_wrapper.exe crash" or conflict with windows 7

It maybe because 7 has not had a upgrade since January 2023 it just maybe time to upgrade your system

to solve the black screen problem.  Just go to "device manager", "video adapters", open the list, right click on the video card and click "properties", "drivers", "update drivers", "choose drivers on your computer" "choose from a list of drivers available on your computer" "Microsoft basic video card" and press next.

note this  may not  work for everyone  please let us  know if it does or  doesn't  if it  doesn't  then we will continue to search for a solution. Also  please  note  your Operating system when you  reply

Those with  win 7 -8.2 may need to upgrade their Operating system as upgrades may not be avalible anymore.

if this company says i can run plarum_play on this OS.....

then they have to send out updates that allow windows 7 = to function, no ?

This  Plarium  is  still searching  for a fix that  works  for all
