Can you please announce ahead of time when there will be downtime like this? Add "Server will be down starting at X time" to the Chat announcements?? Some of us had timed operations going on, and this was really disruptive.
Oracle, I'm glad you're an optimist but you may need to check the tuning knob on your intuition.

it is a small update to the portal not the game and it only takes few minutes but still i will ask alyona

I think that anything that affects game access should be announced at least an hour or so ahead of time? Someone has to have their trigger finger on that server reset button, so you can't tell me that it's impossible to give players a bit of notice. Sometimes even a couple minutes delay being able to log back in can cost a player big losses.

They made the profile page pretty, but still didn't make it possible to see who someone requesting your friendship is.
