Does Plarium really wants ...

To read about our complaints on public game forums, or somebody will start with reading our posts, and start communication with us.

Currently we have community manager who knows to delete and close our threads, and sometimes to give us some answer (about 99% useless). We really need someone who wants to work this job with us. We are not happy that is obvious, and this censorship can't help no one. If we can't write on this forum we will have to find another way.

I'm playing this game about 2 years, and I still want to play it. I can live with your greed, lies and bugs; that is your right and I have choice to find way to avoid all of that, but new style (obvious in last days) will kill / killing one of the most important achievement in human history

DEMOCRACY

I have right to complain when I think that something isn't good.

Who gave you right to be dictator?

Or that is will of just one person, current community manager.

I hope that this will read someone who really care about Plarium interests, on time!

Well its their right to do whatever they feel like. Its their game, but we don't have to play it. It's not a democracy really, but you vote with your wallet, stop play for a while, stop spend, and maybe they listen. Thing is they have no reason to want to listen us now or really ever, as long as there is players forking out stupid amount of cash on this game.

@Gadheras:

This thread is exactly about our right to speak, and that is product of Democracy. Many tried to take that right and all failed until now.

Find a thread, with totally normal post (not my) that is closed without any explanation. Just like that. just because someone took that right.

Really?

That is the goal of this thread. Everything else is on the other threads.

Yes, but... This is the property of Plarium. It's their company, product and business. They do whatever they wan't. They don't have to care about the wishes of the players. Their focus is to get people to spend and meet a certain quota. And that is their bottom line.

They can have players camp outside their office burning bonfires. They wouldn't care.

This game have no direction, we never get to hear about plans for the future, expansions or anything like that. So in my regard, this is a dead game I spend as little as possible on. And at current time that is just keep my paragon active.

I play other mmo's and online games. Stormfall is just a little distraction, something to click on while working etc. The game had its charms when I started play it some 10 months ago, but frankly how its going. I just log in a couple times a day to click for sake of habbit and exchange some words with people in the league. A lot of the people I meet back then doesn't even play anylonger.

Plarium got little interest in me as a player and customer. That is their choice, their business. As a result I spend more money on other games where I feel more welcome and get more back for my money. Its very simple. I got a budget to use on things such as games, and Stormfall is not a big contender on that budget for the value of my money.

I haven't FB account, from some personal reasons, so I can't join you, but truth is unstoppable. It's sad that players have to find a way to tell what they have, tragical for game also, but when someone get idea that can control truth such things come to the top of fog.

There are enough passion in players to revive this game, just somebody from Plarium has to understand situation.

Not easy, but possible. I believe that Plarium still has need to keep us, because of themselves, but if that isn't true we are in the middle of the collapse of this game.

It's not so much Plarium doesn't need us, but at current time we as players got little to no impact on how the game run and develop. We are little else than money bags for Plarium. We got no unison voice, we carry no weigh. You would have to gather all the players into a union of sorts to empower the players and give them some voice, and that would be the only way Plarium would listen to our input.

And if you think about this, it would been a damn radical thing to do. It would be like the players wage war on the creators of the game out of love for the game itself. In a world with sanity, you would think the creators would meet the players half way. You give some and get some,  rather than some sort of abusive relationship that exist today.

Don't take criticsisme as disrespect though. And please, respect work both ways, and a lot of players feel we doesn't necessary get any of that either how the game is developing. Remember respect need to be earned, it can't be demanded.

You created an off topic foruim, so its much better to move threads there, than just lock or remove them. They will eventually burry themselfs in the back pages, and the ones that doesn't maybe they would need a closer look over time as they most likely active for a reason right?

Also new threads push older ones to the back so no idea why the need to clean up. it's like tearing out the history of the forums. Give a feeling of Plarium doesn't want new members to look at what older ones posted before.

My question as a player is: At what time does it become acceptable to bring up a topic that as "supposedly passed" to the developers but there has not been an answer for a month or two. Is it acceptable to create a duplicate topic incase the suggestion was forgotten about or misplaced?

Surely, a simple yes or no to the question topic won't take a month or two. If it would take more than a month or two to decide, a response to the thread stating that the topic is under discussion would at least leave us players with some sort of answer.

Greetings. Sometimes it takes several months for our developers to review the players suggestions and give a reply. We receive a lot of suggestion from all games, so they need a lot of time to discuss it with several teams and make a decision on each one of them. If the suggestion was declined, I will inform you. Sometimes there will be no feedback when the suggestion is accepted, because it requires further consideration and analysis.

And please don't create duplicate topics, because all passed suggestions are stored until being considered, so they can't be forgotten about.

Well, respect is earned, and it work both ways, but they can't demand respect because they are who they are. True they seem to be a bit heavy handed on the censorship. Doing that just risk them get more posts/threads of the same from other players too though. Fighting windmills?
