Logging Issues on Servers 2 and 3 -- 17-October-2017

Dear Lords 

For all that has problems to log on servers 2 and 3 i have just opened this topic to get the info for devs to check what is happening and be solved as soon as possible

what devs needs are har files of some Lords that are experimenting difficulties to log

steps to do:

For Fixefox users: if you are still experiencing difficulties, please consult the following link: http://support.plarium.com/files/pscreen_instruction_en.pdf

Send the file to: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new


For Chrome users: please follow these steps:


1. Access Chrome -> More Tools -> Developer Tools -- http://screencast.com/t/dXnNlwFTV8y6


2. Access the Network tab -- http://screencast.com/t/rRKZ9T9bsG


3. Try to access the game


4. Right-click on any line and select Save as HAR with content -- http://screencast.com/t/gxsrje20g


5. Send the file to: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new


they will check all data to check what is happening

The devs reported that this issue has been fixed.

I can log in finally but I'm back at level 1, my whole game has been erased

sure you have been logged in one of the other server. ur progress has not been deleted only have to find it.

click on top of the game at right of ur name castle and coordinates where the name of the server is 



then a new window will appear with the names of the servers, should be 3 of them and take a look where ur most level is and select it

then press OK and then refresh the game. you should be gone to the right server where ur progress is.

at this moment i dont have any problems to log on all servers 

please keep informing if you still experiment problems to enter on game

seems that the issue could be caused in a germany area or at least it seems as the posts im reading here and on facebook


so, for now try the following steps to try to connect to game:


- clear your browser cookies and cache.


- check your connection speed here: http://www.speedtest.net/-


-reinstall your browser, update it to the latest version or try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Opera);


- your Flash player may be outdated. You can update it here: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/debug_downloads.html-


-Install Browsec VPN extension for your browser.


- try to use a different computer or Internet connection to see whether it is your PC or the connection that is causing problems

The issue seems to be caused by a technical issue on the end of Deutsche Telekom AG Internet provider.

If you're still facing this issue, please try to install Browsec VPN extension for your browser., it should help.

Again login problems. Game runs till 80% and than stops...

You might be on the wrong server.  Check that you have not jumped onto another

In creating the har file for the support tic,  I noticed some new stuff in the developer window of chrome, auth & account signature verification....I wonder if this bug affecting what seems to be most players is result of an attempt to close up account vulnerabilities.

HI I have not been able to log in for hours either. Have sent the screenshot of what error message pop ups but will do the Har file as requested and update my ticket.

unless Palraium sort my being locked out of stormfall asap, I will NEVER buy another package again. I was in the middle of gaining 'prizes' and other goodies which I will no doubt lose now, so why should I ever spend on the game again
