Blocking the accounts of league players.

On the English-language first server of the Game of Thrones, we were blocked by about 50 players who had been playing the game for about 3-4 years without explaining the reasons. Moreover, the players were from different countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Ukraine. They were all blocked for using Third-Party Programs that they did not use, and many of them were retired and played the game for leisure, while others logged in once every 2-3 days after work. The support team remained silent. If your goal is to remove all Russian-speaking alliances, we will leave, but we will also end our spending on purchasing the shares that support the game. Our alliance is Наследие -102: 62. I am the alliance's dominus, and I need to provide an explanation to the players about whether they should continue playing or leave completely.

Hello Саня Калинин  , i am sorry for that situation ,

For sure the goal of the team is to optimize the game and to block those who play using bots or everything else which is third-party programs  .

Who think was blocked for nothing and no reason is invited to contact the support team and forward them all the details, i repet : can be done just through the support !

I have to mention also that the Support will not answer to that players from Russia and Belarus , since the company blocked any relations !

Here is the link for support :

I wish you a great day !

Yes if someone believes they were banned incorrectly they can submit a support ticket.  However, bot bans are done after an investigation by Plarium support and while there might occasionally be errors it doesn't seem likely they made a mistake 50 separate times.  It's a lot more likely those accounts were all one or a few people running them by a bot.
