Fortress downgrade does not register

I am a lvl 6 fortress - I downgraded a lvl 6 fortress - The downgrade does NOT show as complete...

HELP !!!!!!! Please and Thank you :)

Our two leagues are in "Alliance" and we are playing on the app..

I have been sitting here for 12 hours waiting for a response - I have only 12 hours of protection left - PLEASE HELP ASAP

I am getting tired and sad and angry and hungry - I NEED HELP NOW....Please and Thank You

I cleared my cache that did not change anything.

I changed the DNS adapter protocols as in the first post - connectivity...that did not change anything...

I tried Incognito mode - that did not change anything.

I really really need that fortress downgrade .
