The usual mistake that the players make, is their coordinates and the game user ID . If you  add your coordinates, you have to write them as it is in the game, x:  y: or to find your ingame ID which is uder the ingame guide, as my sceenshots

After  that, you will receive into your email account The Support automatic reply, that they received your form . Do not delete it, as a Plarium Teck will reply to you under this automatic reply, in 1-5 working days
