Guys, as you may know, the main objective of the VIP Program is to provide a high-quality dedicated support service. Members of the VIP club enjoy priority when it comes to answering any questions they might have. In addition to the live support, the agent may provide small bonuses to a player for taking part in game events and achieving the necessary conditions. The number of such bonuses is thoroughly analyzed, strictly limited and can’t affect the gameplay or give them unfair advantages over other players. Moreover, the conditions of getting such bonuses are quite complicated and very few can reach them.

When it came to selecting the participants of the program, multiple factors were taken into consideration, such as the amount of time spent playing the game, how long ago players joined, and their levels of activity in the game.

At the moment we cannot include all the players that meet these requirements as we are still developing this program.

As for my favorite number, I don't have it :) There's just no place where I could use it. Favorite color can at least be used in clothes, different Items you buy, etc. But not the number :)

i'm happy,because i didnt expect big payout at all,just wanted to finish that position to get some exp points for tournament,and got that,and burned only half from last payout so i dont know nothing now :S

maybe i did burned to much some time ago,before 1 payout before this one

In the last game I played which happened to be one of the most successful MMORTS on facebook called Mobsters by a company named Playdom, they offered an option to become a VIP member with exclusive rewards.  You got equipment that was golden and no one else could get, defense/offense bonuses were slightly better.  The subscription was 19.99 per month.  Not a lot of money for your ROI.

The issue here is that Plarium is choosing who should be VIP setting up a barrier between their customers and themselves, another nail in the coffin so to speak.  Marketing to their entire customer base would have worked much better, let the end user or player choose whether or not they WANT to be a VIP by offering a monthly subscription that was within an affordable range for everyone.

Obviously this game doesn't have multiple new weapons they can release etc etc but unique packages could have been offered.  Make your player's feel wanted not put up more walls.  People feel excluded not included, every major product corporation offers the "vip" package and let the end user decide whether or not they should invest.  You have managed to make your VIP package a sort of elite club on the waterfront that only you decide who enters so that when the peasants drive by they can flip you off everyday or cast ill will towards you and never have anything nice to say.

i'v just concluded something,even if there are only two participants in some "win ..... something" from plarium,and one participant is Tonaya and the other one is Basileus,you Alyona,would choose to give reward to Basileus

Why do you think so? When I pick the winners, I always use random.org :) When Jason does, I don't know how exactly he's picking people :)

Life is often unfair in the same way this game is. I have been here for over 2 years I have always played every day. Trying to understand these conditions to be able to belong to the VIP club would not be complicated because simply those conditions are unfair
