hello
i make 3 personal mission and not receive any rewards. what happend and how recover these rewards?

-Maybe you need to start them first by pressing 'Start' ,
-maybe you did not finish them in time, you have 4h to finish them after you press start,
-maybe you did not finished them till end..(on example, you need to raid 30k res. from one farm in one hit, but you raid only 20k and you fail,
Anyway.. if there is some problem, please report it to Plarium Support Team

UPD: Experience points were removed. We added more valuable rewards for completing Missions. However, we've talked to our devs, and asked them to bring XP back. They accepted this idea. So it will be added back again

Please help unable to find customer support or technical support. not receiving all of my rewards game has been glitching and reward is not received even though it shows mission is completed. Can someone please direct me to help desk thank you.

Good young man, indeed this is not the place to find solution but follow these steps :
- go to the "BUG REPORTS" thread and open a new thread with your problem.
- provide the data and images that you can then present a bug needs to be checked, see how to do it in the following link.

Buenas joven, en efecto este no es el sitio para encontrar solucion pero sigue estos pasos :
- dirigete al hilo "BUG REPORTS" y abre un nuevo hilo con tu problema.
- proporciona los datos e imagenes que puedas pues presentar un bug necesita que se pueda comprobar, mirate la forma de hacerlo en el siguiente enlace.
