Hello archons. When we apply a ticket to the Support Team, the form has to be completed correctly. If we completed the form correctly, we will receive a notification, as my screenshot, which states that it was submitted successfully. After that, we have to check our email to check if we got the Support's automatic reply. It shows that they received our ticket, and it has a number on it. Do not delete the automatic reply, as a Support agent will reply to you under it, in 1-5 working days. If you didn't receive the automatic reply in your email, even in the spam folder, then unfortunately, you didn't complete the Support's form correctly.
