I would bet at least half the bugs reported in this forum are because the server was too slow to respond to a request from a user's computer.

Since half the world has smartphones, many with traffic displays, why don't you just have a Server Load display on your home page, so people can see when your server's have a traffic jam, so they can choose whether to play later, or just grin and bear it knowing that anything that is unusual they see is likely due to the server traffic jam. Then they won't be frustrated with reporting strange errors because they know what the problem is, just like anyone ever stuck in a traffic jam knows why they aren't driving quickly/why their car is overheating/etc.

And then support people can spend less time with diversionary tactics that waste user's times (telling them to check their browser, or the computer, or their internet, etc) when the real problem is that there are more people wanting to play at that time than Plarium's servers can handle.
