By the topic you have chosen, i am guessing you are having trouble with recieveing combat reports.  This is a known issue and I believe you will need to contact support as no one in the forums have been able to assist with this.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the purple button marked "support" to submit a request ticket.  Enter your question/issue there.
