Where are the 30-days rewards?

Plarium kept promising 30-day rewards if I install Plarim play which I was not able to have on my Chrome (PC crashed a while ago).  Ipad also was not the option.

I was about to lose my game opportunities but my relative gave me his PC.  Unfrotunately, I had only couple of days rewards, not 30.

Why?

Maybe these are 21 days - but it still  ...  if I missed all thsie drachmas forever as a result of a bug. Any idea?

Hello. Most likely that you didn't claim the previous gifts for switching to Plarium Play.

How can I claim "previous gifts" if I switched Dec 31?

I mean that you could have had active gifts for transferring from Facebook to Gameroom or from plarium.com to Plarium Play that we launched several months ago.

But if I did that long ago, why did Plarium make me do that Dec 31 again? Moreover, there were some "gifts" initially and they disappeared in a couple of days. Could you somehow check it? It dosen't seem fair

It would be better if you could submit a ticket to our technical support department for them to check the system logs. Please don't forget to specify your coordinates and server # you play on.

I had a PC that crashed. Then I used a chromebook. Both former and latter asked to switch but every time I tried to do so, it said that I am already there, without allowing any gifts. Then I got another PC to be able to play. No "gifts" again.

Where is the sever number?
