Why there is no reward for reaching new level?
And no icon of 21 days to install and use plarium play app for me.

Every level has a reward. It is possible that some visual glitch happened and the window was closed too fast.
About the 21 days of rewards, this event was launched again for the players who did not take part in the event last time (a few months ago).
If you never received it, then it will appear eventually. If you received the offer last time, but just ignored it, it will not appear again.

Those who previously charged the 21 rewards for using the APP (a long time ago and I do not remember when) now we do not have the option of that prize. Los que cobramos anteriormente las 21 recompensas por utilizar la APP ( hace tiempo y no recuerdo cuando ) ahora no tenemos la opcion de ese premio. Los que entonces no jugaban o no la cobraron ( este segundo punto no lo se con certeza ) son los que tienen la oportunidad de cobrarlo ahora.
Lo se por esperiencia y no porque alguien me lo contara

yeyo, lo unico que se me ocurre es que lo cobraras estando antes en otra coa. entonces no lo cobras otra vez. si no es eso, suerte con el servicio tenico que no contesta nunca, pero te aconsejo que abras post nuevo, pongas todos los detalles, de servidor en que ocurrio etc de informacion que piden para que puedan observar el problema, buena suerte

Alsastors way is a coalition reward you need to do the following
got to your coalition embassy tab
scroll down to the coalition achievement that has been reached, find the ones with a green icon in the bottom right hand corner and click, the rewards will then be added (I have collected all mine hence why no green icon)

i am not stiring anything, i dont break rules, i am sorry you dont like my posts, but its not my fault if you dont like them, but i have the right to express what i see and think if they are under the rules unless you change it and now give your opinion in a forum with respect is reason to ban?

thanks all, theres no green dot to hit in that part i know how to collect the prize but may be i dont explain exactly the thing, and the thing is i dont have the reward in my acropolys and aperce like collected but are missed

el link unicamente te conduce a un hilo que esplica en ingles y con dibujitos como presentar un bug : datos, capturas de pantalla, etc... Por eso figura como cerrado.
el link que te pongo aqui es el mismo traducido y sin dibujos.

Segun la captura que pones ya conseguiste entrar en el top 100 de cualquier clasificacion un total de 99 veces, te falta volver a entrar 1 vez en ese top 100 para completar el logro.
Ahora lo unico que se necesita en una captura con fecha posterior a esta donde se vea que entras dentro de ese top 100 para demostrar que hay un fallo

Te puedo asegurar que ya llevo bastantes semanas con 99/100 y entrando en el top 100 sin que se me contabilice dicha entrada; esta misma semana entre en el top 100 del torneo carrera de desarrollo. Hay fallos en el juego y me parece increíble que haya que demostrar todo al detalle. desde mi inicio en este servidor, y ya hace más de tres años, construí una puerta de ciudad y dicha puerta se colocó de forma indebida. Se debiera de poner más atención en que el juego funcione bien y creer a los jugadores que avisan de fallos en vez de poner en tela de juicio la palabra de dichos jugadores

Hola de nuevo
Por fin el juego me ha dado la recompensa que durante meses me estuvo negando, eso me plantea una sola duda ¿Quizá debiera haber reclamado antes? en vista del resultado obtenido.....probablemente, sí ya que ha sido todo uno, reclamar y que se solucionase el problema
Gracias de todas formas por la atención prestada y para próximas ocasiones ya se que no tengo que esperar, hay que reclamar cuanto antes.

Perdona que tengo unos dias que me falla la wifi.
Tienes razon en cuanto que se pide demostrar cuando se puede comprobar pero esto funciona asi.
Y tambien tienes razon en que cuando algo funciona mal hay que reclamarlo.
