I'm writing here because maintenance has been doing nothing for almost a year now about a third party software problem in game that loads the server on weekends , but now on Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday.  Does not give specific answers, deadlines. It is useless to write there on this issue.  I this time replied that they will conduct an investigation that will take a long time. Is that another year to wait? When will they start fighting with players of third-party software? That's why I think players will start leaving the game. Such disrespect for players I have not seen in any game.  This is a post in the hope that the developers will still give it time. Thank you

Developpers do not read this Forum Commander so all you can do is wait and Support will never share the results of their investigations.

"Support" is Very on their Job.

but, the üser"must go through the proper channels to contact them as the whole system is (automated). if you post in the wrong place, it will take EVEN LONG for the Dev.team to get the message that there is something to fix, becuase the moderators will have to (Move) the post where it is SUPPOSE to be, and then however long it takes them to Finally get to it.

as {General} said, support, will not respond to you with the "fix"they come up with, (if any). as they are NOT working "FOR YOU Specifically", anything they might do with "YOUR" issue, is going to effect EVERYBODY... on all servers.

so some UNDERSTANDING is Going to be Required here.
