Did Plarium update the game?

Did plarium update the game and cause it to stop working?  Why can no one get on the game.  It loads to 99% and then stops.  You are wasting vasluable time we cannot get on and play the events.  Is plarium gonna give more time and extend the events?

Ce n'est pas la 1ère fois que le problème se produit après une mise à jour !!!!

Il faut juste espérer que cela soit rétablit au plus vite ........... car le temps court et affectera les récompenses. 

La dernière fois cela a duré plusieurs jours !

So the game came back up 10 to 12 hours after shutting down.  Everyone lost 10 to 12 hours of time in the Darknet event.  Is plarium gonna extend the time to get back this lost hours?  Or are they just gonna ignore their players ?

No further action will be taken by Plarium sir. A gift was send and that's all.

plarium cannot do things like extend the time on a Schedualed event.

theyve never done such a thing, and they never will.

they Usually try to make up for the inconvienance, with a "Gift" package or something. the package may not be what you were wanting, and it PROBABLY wont equal the value of the assumed losses. but with it being "What it is" and us "having what we have" at least "plarium"didnt just say "yeah, that s u c k s, better luck next time".

they at least make the attempt.

* electronic arts wouldnt even have given you that much.

* Blizzard, now that its been purchased by microsoft, has removed the "support" button all togeather. and they dont have phones at all to call. so pray, you dont run into any account" problems over there now...

"Plarium" may not be the biggest, or the best.

i would say that they are like, TOP 3 companys now. but they are by rights number 1 for "Customer care". flat
