Bonuses from Special Operatives broken

The bonuses from special operatives aren't working. I noticed there is no resource bonus from raids when using the Asset Specialist. The easter egg (convoy trick) of doubling the potential resources on a raid from resources sent previously by convoys isn't working either.

By the way, If your going to break things. Try to avoid breaking things people pay for. This type of thing makes my Battle Pass Resource Multiplier pretty much useless.
