I have sent 2 tickets about this issue including a screen shot of a fake base farm right near me. I have spent money playing plarium games including soldier's inc the PC version.  However for now I will not spend another dime till all these accounts are shut down and LOW players are given their lost units back or the diamonds for free to buy back all lost units. 

I have also messaged on this topic as well 3 weeks ago with no response. -70,-76 cords to Russian guy with over 50 alts on top of each other

 Bunch of Multiaccounters and OPs payout goes vs First on map LoW alliance.

And thats only alts - what your game turned in.

Normal players who respect your game and FAIR PLAY want:

1. Imeddiate restore of all troops killed in this ALTS/mults attack - you have all troops count and listed in AID Center of LOW members

               /if you want to save your game and business do it now/

2. Imeddiately BAN of all mult bases involved in this attack.

3. Further strictly control by game admins for ALTS, mults violation.

4. Fast and easy metod for reporting multi account bases.

This game gone really bad side - ugly, grotesque, weird.

Whats your point commander i reported more than 30 cluster of bases nothing happens - they killed all my 9 milion army which i build from start of game with many bank packs and fight. Only with 1 look at profile everyone can say who cheat Plarium game. Who will give my troops back, who will return my satisfaction from game. Plarium made big mistake allow this to happen. I want this troops back - all is written in my AID center. I am victim of cheater scheme and i want them now. Plarium have to take back my cheated killed units.

By the time we report 1 base. Another 3 more alt bases have  been created.

Commanders, it's true that it's not allowed to create alternative accounts according to our Policies. However, some players do violate the rules, that's why we ask players to report suspicious accounts to our Support team so they can take appropriate measures. Цe would really appreaciate your cooperation at this point.

Moreover, at the moment we're working on algorythm, which can prevent such violations in general.

This keeps on happening, then expect a decrease in the playerbase.

There is a new type of Game Play however that has its finger pointed right at Plarium. Russian alt guilds recently attacked LoW BS's. The purpose of this attack appears to be to downgrade each BS by 1. These troops could have easily taken 1-3 BS's but that was not their purpose. While we haven't figured it all out it appears that it was intended to get LoW out of 1st Rank, and more importantly to spend more money to bring the BS's back up by spending money. NOT 1 Russian Alliance benefited in Rank, etc by this tactic. The only beneficiary seems to be Plarium so far. We are wondering since Plarium is allowing all these multi accounts and farms (against their own policy), if they are the ones behind this new strategy. Only to cause LoW players to spend more money with them.

These troops were coming from alt guilds with a new method of cheating. What we have learned is this:

1. They create an alt guild and add about 50-60 players. Minimal cost.

2. These players are often named xxxx1, xxxx2, xxxx3 etc. Similar names so several players with multi accounts.

3. These players are creating a newbie account with 3 day shield or several of them.

4. These players are hiding all their newly created troops in the newbie accounts with those shields that no regular player can attack.

5. These players are winning at spec ops only as you can see by their achievements on the alt guild. Super Soldiers achievements.

6. The most recent example today is TOR. Look at this newly created alliance Super Soldiers achievement.

7. The method for spec ops is to start another player, and immediately start doing spec ops. Red ones only till you run out then top Green one. Hardest Red ones first.

8. In about a week you will have close to 5 million power created and hidden in the newbie bubbles all at NO COST.

Then in an organized fashion these troops that can not be normally hit are pulled out and used against whatever target they choose to hit.

Let me ask you this! What Alliance benefited from this tactic? Who took any BS's? What Russian Alliance gained anything? The only thing this tactic caused to happen was LoW Players to decide to either spend more money or quit. They haven't quit so who really is going to Benefit? PLARIUM Accounting is who!

There are those of us that truly believe PLARIUM is either purposely doing this by themselves or is leaving these Cheats in place to cause us all to spend more MONEY plain and simple.

If you agree then Plarium doesn't really want you to achieve anything in the game but for you to spend MONEY.

Multi – Accounting Policy

By using Plarium’s Services players agree NOT to have more than one account at any given time.

Players found to be in violation of this policy will receive disciplinary action. Their alternate accounts will be permanently blocked without noticed, though they may retain access to one primary account at the discretion of the Plarium Customer Support Team contingent upon a commitment to create no further accounts in the future. Additional violations may result in permanent banning from the game.

We understand that multiple players may share the same IP address. These players may still need to prove they are different people. If you have had your account blocked due to suspicion of multi-accounting, you must individually contact our Support Team for us to determine the authenticity of your account..

How to Report Multi-Accounts.

When reporting multi-account abusers, we ask that all our players use the following procedure: gather as much evidence as possible -- be it screenshots, locations in the game, etc. -- and then e-mail it to Customer Support. 

We carefully review all of these reports, and sometimes this can take a bit of time. We ask for your patience.

Commander, all reports are investigated. However, our Support team don't send the reply back because the results of investigation are non-disclosable.

Two issues, one it's their responsibility to ensure they police their policy..They haven't made any concious attempt as JRs complaint still has that multi acct farm still active.... They are advertising same packages, at different prices to different players, punishing active players, wich is anti trust worthy in the USA.  Get SS and emails, as they will try to hide this, and a class action suit can formally be filed and formal complaint filed with Google.  This is worse than gambling and legally can be refunded in such a suit

Let me answer you on these two issues. 

1. We ask players to report suspicious accounts to our Support team so that we can check them. We investigating all the complaints and take appropriate measures to such accounts. Also, we're woking on automatisation on this process on our end. I understand that it's very frustrating when some players play against the rules and it's sad for us to realize this also. However, some players do this so the best thing we can do it to work with such violations as soon as our players report them. 

2. As for the Offers, you know that we have regular Bank Offers and Special Offers with bonuses.

Special Offers appear according to a set algorithm which is constantly evolving. Several departments work on the development of that algorithm and they rely on analytics data, marketing research and other information they receive through their research channels. Players can receive different Offers and use them according to their interests.
