I have sent 2 tickets about this issue including a screen shot of a fake base farm right near me. I have spent money playing plarium games including soldier's inc the PC version.  However for now I will not spend another dime till all these accounts are shut down and LOW players are given their lost units back or the diamonds for free to buy back all lost units.

I have also messaged on this topic as well 3 weeks ago with no response. -70,-76 cords to Russian guy with over 50 alts on top of each other

Thanks. I'm not sure what other sources or ways there are to play apart from Google play, Apple store or emulators on pc.

Apple does the same as Google,  maybe even better, uses one unique registered ID per iphone/ipad. Especially when payment is involved.

Guys at polaruim,you are setting policies just to fill lines our to be abided? We, as normal players with one account, are getting hit big and losing at lot of time, troops building,money,etc..for some hacker players creating many accounts..

I am sure that you care for reclamations and will look in it..the screenshots are pretty clears to explain what happened and happening

There needs to be an active effort Plarium to address these multiple accounts before these situations arise. 

What other actions will be taken other than freezing those accounts per your policy?  

Will you restore all the loses to those who are affected?  

As a paying customer this is completely unacceptable. I shouldn't incur any losses due to the ineffective enforcement of your policies. If this is not addressed expeditiously, I will have to take action on your inability ensure the quality of the product and services which I have purchased
