The blocking of pioneer tiles is old news, so is the "thanks for the suggestion, it will be passed on for consideration."

There would be no need for consideration, if they didnt allow it to happen in the first place, or suggest it isnt against the rules to block tiles, when it sure does seem to say that it is.

Assuming the blocking of the pioneer achievement tiles came as a surprise to them because they hadn't enginered this beforehand, its not as they were not aware what would happen, if subsequently they put one of the tiles in Jountheim where its even less accessible ,and as there appears to be only one such tile, blocking it would affect every kingdom and clan, except for the one doing the blocking.

At least they could use a spot who fit in the kingdoms, but there is only water with this cord

Though White Wolf may have since been altered from its original concept.from the time when how to get it was apparently still a complete mystery, I was already aware that the kingdom maps were not all as identical as many might have thought they were, so it wasn't a surprise when discusions arose as to where  a new pioneer level might be.

The discusions around pioneer 8 's location,and the situation hunters encountered,if not already decided, may have given them the idea to put pioneer 9 in Jotunheim.

Your  idea has merit, but like all the other ideas for a solution, they are of no consequence  if they are not interested in  any fix.

Additionally it has a flaw. it could be blocked by somone who hasnt got pioneer 9.

Pioneer 9 blocked yet again by the same people, this is the 3rd Jotunheim in a row since I completed pioneer 8 that this has happened!!! This is very frustrating and needs sorting out.

yep, same town blocked it every Jotunheim, most likely Plarium put their own "random" person to the spot so we keep complaining here and they keep laughing...  

Vikings is driven by conflict, the designers are not stupid, we are. Being unfair is a part off this game combined with Plarium back office who are deafening numb. So for the few opportunist in this game there is a change to have profit off the designed errors.  I tried to occupy this spot for hours but there are so much problems with the game , like lagg and refreshing off the game page ......  its only for a few... like this. A technical sollution seems to be easy and when you can invent it , they cant? We will allways be behind and a few not.

Yet another Jotunheim where pioneer level 9 is blocked by the same people from the same clan and they've already got pioneer level 9 so there's no need for them to be on there except to annoy & harrass other players.  You are doing nothing to stop this blatant rule breaking!!!

hab ich euch schon paar mal erzählt. für leute die geld bezahlen gibt es keine spielregeln. ob der spielfluss gehindert ist interessiert plarium nicht. bei plarium ist das motto wie bei dune: dune - der spice muss fliessen; bei plarium - das geld muss fliessen. und solange das geld in rauen mengen fliesst, werden sie auf eure probleme nicht eingehn. und es gäbe eine so einfache lösung um allen spielern diesen erfolg zu ermöglichen.

Note that all players have equal opportunities in the game. It is not a violation of the rules to relocate a Town to any location and stay there for any amount of time. Note that the game is designed to be competitive and players may try to prevent each other from obtaining some achievements. You can always try to attack this player to have his Town moved away from the location in Jotunheim. You can also try to talk to the player. Furthermore, asking other players for in-game resources is not a violation.
