Why bother putting Level 8 resource piles for 4-5 days when the most powerful group ( Tutah from 483 Skeggistad ) who obviously does not need them being in the Trillions of power.  They drain them before anyone else has a chance and if by luck some lands on them, they boot them off.

Save your time and effort and just give it to them because they obviously dont want the rest of the server to have any
