I notice that a lot of players attack and as soon as their troops leave their base up goes a shield, even though their troops are still marching to target. This makes it impossible for the attacked to retaliate. Make it so when you attack that no shield can be put up until your troops return  from the attack. This would make it so much better for those who are on to retaliate in kind to those who would otherwise take advantage. To many upper lvl players are praying on lower lvl players in this manner, it has to stop.
