How about assigning one of your staff members to periodically browse the forums to remove spam,awnser technical questions/general questions and generally interact a little with the community?,as it currently stands this forum is little more than a haven for spammers to advertise thier malware
There's no money to be made doing that and also they don't care any more. I suspect the top 50 players have a dedicated email address to contact Plarium and they're still trying to figure why anyone else is bothering. This forum's almost certainly unmonitored
Yes something is going on ... either they in Ukraine or even Russia ...
I remember reading that staff was "..... sheltering in place"..... in Ukraine when the war started. I fear they may have lost personel too. Ivar used to moderate the forum but he's been absent for a long time now. 9 pages of spam to open the "General Questions" shows hes not around anymore.
The office that runs this game is just in Russia now, the office in Ukraine shut almost a year ago. Mods and Devs all work out of the Russian office. I would love to know where are the servers for this game?
Found this Info out by reading LinkedIn page of the CEO of Plarium, Aviram Steinhart. Also press realease from Aristocrat Leisure Limited who own Plarium. Pretty interesting reading what the owners say rather than the Mods
