Several times I have tried to log in to reset my shield but have not been able to due to maintenance. This results in my troops being destroyed and my resources lost. Unfortunately I don't have unlimited time to play games so can't log in whenever I want. Would be good if you put a shield on active towns until that player can log in again when you shut the game.

I have been told that shields were put on some towns who were serving a temporary ban so why can't you protect those that follow the rules but have to work for a living.
