The top one isn't too bad as it's something I can fix. The second one is only frustrating if you didn't know maintenance was coming and you only get 30mins warning if you happen to be playing at the time so you don't know how long the maintenance will take.
Point is that both is when maintenance is going on. If you have a way to "fix maintenance", let me know ;)
It is error message for PC and Mobile for same issue.
The one for PC makes it look like the problem is on your end, or a node crash somewhere on the Internet, when it in fact is a scheduled update going on.
