An auto-translate feature would be very nice.

But – if one at least could implement a feature of selecting/copying text one would be a step on the way.

Either copy all, select and copy or both.

This goes for chat as well as clan wall posts, clan descriptions and the like.

As of now I'm using tools to capture part of screen and sending that to OCR services that gives me a half way result.

This solution is, I imagine, (no pun intended), harder on mobiles then PC's - and a obstacle none the less.

Hi Guys , I most definitely agree , Vikings needs a Auto Translator , Its more than frustrating 😫 I have emailed you guys and requested for this before, But I got over it, but now especially with Jotenheim Event , we need to be able to communicate accordingly or have the option, the chat isn’t helpful with out this feature available, it does really frustrate a lot of players , I know many kingdom effected and many player quit cause can not communicate , when I can better understand players , our game will be much more enjoyable . Also our clan had recently merged and we would highly recommend a translator, I have played a game in the past that has this feature like KOA , so this has been a possible feature around for a long time and I know you guys can do it 😉

Many player and kingdoms would like this feature in Vikings war of clans , I really hope to see it. In the next Update , 😍😍😍🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Please consider this promptly and enhance our games experience asap😘 thank you 

This has been suggested many times and the need for it is obvious. While you are working on a translator, why not give us copy and paste abilities. To and from outside translators. That has to be much easier to do.

 World chat features are entirely dysfunctional in games with copy and paste. It only sounds like it would be nice to be able to copy to Google translate because now and then the language barriers can be frustrating. However, I guarantee that if players could copy and paste there would be a non-stop sh*tstorm of spam, trolls and nonsense-in my opinion, we are better off struggling to find alternative methods and bilingual helpers than having copy/paste functions.

Agreed on the spam from pasting to chat, though they could implement only a highlight and copy feature and not a paste feature, though I kinda understand why it's Potentially not a feature.

OpenGL ( I'm assuming Plarium uses WebGL ) is not a part of any window manager framework for portability reasons ( Windows draws textboxes, buttons and windows in a different way than what Linux does, or mobile devices for that matter, so implementing those methods would break portability ).  As such the engine used to draw the graphics of the game doesn't have the standard features such as printing text to a button, let alone higlighting and copying it and one way to implement those things is through third party components/OpenGL GUI Toolkits that has done the work to implement it.  It could very well be that the chat interface is third party so it may take a while for it to be implemented if they do decide to allow it.

For me would be enough, if Plarium unlocks copy / paste in message windows.

All autotranslators I know work poorly, especialy if ppl make many mistakes typing on phones. Besides, many languages are absent in the game.
