Unfortunately  or otherwise , you will pretty much find them everywhere. 

Just like  they might like to be.. So your novice relocation  could find you no better off than where you are.

You cannot move at all  after you hit palace 6 .

You say you are pretty maxed out, but this is rather vague. Are you saying you cant build no more, and  research no  more knowledge?

Or are you talking about wealth?

I have seen suggested  there are limits on what you can take with you on a novice jump,but cannot  give you a definitive answer on  this.

Other players might know, but you should get  the  genuine answer by contacting support, and am curious myself as to what their answer is .
