Hi, want to  launch successful onslaughts , so, my questions are...

the leader's troop kind, does it need to be matched by the rest of troops from other jarls joining?

how does the onslaught offense get worked out? since everyone sends their heroes

when to use different tiers?

send mixed tiers with lower as "meatshield"? does it make any difference?

and generally speaking, any tips or insights would be very welcome
