in my opinion better use messengers for clan's communication, especially for elders and chief communicate.

You're saying to many chats but then suggest an external Chat app... so what's the difference?
We set up a Discord and a Line app account for our clan members but hardly anyone bothers with it. An in-game 'Elder Chat' would allow the Chief and Elders to communicate quickly without having to switch to another app.
Most players have 'Common Chat' and 'Clan Chat'
Chief's have 'Common Chat', 'Clan Chat' and 'Chief Chat'
Everyone gets another Chat window during KVK...
I don't see a problem with one more tab for Chief's and Elders.

Well our clan has one chief and one elder ... so that makes it easy ... :)

we just use line app. In game elder chat would be easier though.
