You misunderstood the question. I'm not talking about a cost to using the item, I'm talking about a limit to how much you can take with you when you use it. It doesn't make a lot of sense for someone to be able to teleport to a new kingdom with hundreds of millions of each resource the day the new kingdom opens uphttp://www.vikingswarofclansdata.com/guides/beginners/

When you relocate city to another kingdom there are no limits to how much RSS you can take with you. But you can't send to the city with the beginners lvl more RSS than their Vault capacity.
In one of the last updates (don't remember which one) they add capacity to 1-5lvl cities. So now u can't take as much as u want and then teleport wherever you want :)

So yes, there's limit in 1-5 lvl Town
Are you certain of this? It is a smart move on their part and I don't mind - but I'd love to stop farming res if it is pointless haha
