If you buy a package!
Hey all,
Just a friendly warning...
If you buy a boost package don't be surprised if you don't get what you paid for and when you ask for assistance don't be surprised if you never hear back from the support or billing teams.
I have been having issues with this game, could not play it for several weeks but during that time I was able to finally log on to the game and made a purchase for energy boosts, I was charged for the package but it was the first time I had seen the 5000 unit energy boost offered. In the package I was offered 100x 5000 energy boosts and they never showed up in my account and I keep sending in requests for help with no response.
I had another player leave a message on a previous forum saying that they also made a purchase for 2 of the packages and also did not get them delivered.
I can't speak for anyone else but I know I was charged for the package and I'm not asking for more than I paid for but be warned if you are paying for one of these packages offered by this company.. don't be surprised if you don't get what you pay for and don't get help when you ask where it is.
