Since this thread is about the Levy.  Plarium, do away with it.  Smaller clans that aren't "allowed" to hold POP or can't take POP will never grow having portions of their silver taken every day.  And why charge a levy when sending to SH or to fellow clansmen?  What purpose does that serve anyone?  Suggestions..

1.  Do away with the Levy charged of all clans and given to POP holders.  If Plarium wants to reward POP holders with silver, set an amount and give it to them.  

Or you'll just keep the silver in another account. And take the required amount when needed.

It seems to me that now the game has more important things than changes in levy collection.

Hi there,

We have a situation where our Chief has been in a car accident. He has been out of touch for a week and his injuries were severe.  

We are trying to figure out how the levy/taxes get paid when he is not here.  

His shield fails tomorrow and if he is attacked and loses all resources then he cannot pay anyone anything.  Are there penalties for non payment? 

It really is a bad situation. We have transformed all resources in the stronghold but are not sure where we go next. 

If anyone knows how the system works in relation to non-payment of the 10% levy/tax I would be grateful for an answer.

There is no set time, I have seen periods where it is consistantly the same time each day,but this was when the POP wasnt  being reset, if it is then the time will change, sometimes the levy is not collected because of this reset.
