I too had that happen - in my case  it was ( I think) a case of my browser memory full up.

I got it in the middle of a raid and  I was quickly attacked multiple times while I was refreshing the browser. Consequently I lost all my units and resources - I was completely cleaned out by the attacker and couldn't do anything about it. Talk about a set back! My infirmary said I need 2 million gold plus - just to resurrect them. I also lost half my influence points.

I figure it's not Plarium's fault but mine.  I have experienced this 'freezing' several times and realize I just have to put up with it. I use a desktop computer and  a mouse.

Sometimes when clicking too fast the screen may freeze up, slow down or stop working until I refresh the browser. A real bummer if it's when your protection shield is down.

I really don't think Plarium can do anything about that and so I don't fault them for it..
