I want to ask, if there could be an extra chat box for the Chief and Elders or if we could send a circular to the elders. Would make the communication much easier.

Our clan use Line too. All important things we deside in messenger.
Where do I find (LINE CHAT)? Do I need a cell fone to use this?Ye or u can download pc app
