Hi, How long it will take for new players to get Novice pack offer?

It took me over a month to get the novice pack ... and I originally bought a few 4.99 deals after a week of playing then didn't buy anymore and almost a month after stopping buying my novice packs showed up ... :) ... and then I was like ... "I'm in the gold" ... rofl ... so vip level 13 was MINE ... no more having to manually do premium tasks!
