It has took me some conversating with them, but I got my $4.99 deals back. One hour I didn't have them then I received an email telling me that they had restored it for me. Went and checked as soon as I got the email, and it was back. Over two weeks of not being able to make a purchase the way I wanted was enough for me.
I'm working hard with them to keep this from ever happening to anyone else. Like I told them, it we want to pay for the $9.99 package or higher. We want to do so without having to worry that our $4.99 deals are going to be took off the table. Here is the content of the message they sent me,and I sent them b4 they fixed the problem. Must read from bottom to top, and look at the dates so your read it correctly.

It is not just me. Many other people are having the same problem. Just as soon as they buy a $9.99 package all the $4.99 deals disappear and doesn't come back. That refresh button don't do anything. I can refresh until my finger fell off and I wouldn't see the $4.99 deals come back, for I have tried many times. If they are suppose to well then you have a problem. But it is my understanding according to the rich guys who don't care that the $4.99 deals disappeared because they have money to burn. They said that they been playing for a year now and that is the way you guys have the game set up. You are going to loose a lot of people and have already lost a lot of people since I have been playing just for that reason. So change it. I don't want to read that it depends on how one plays the game. The only thing that quote holds true to is if a player buys a $9.99 package during ones game play and your $4.99 deals are took of the table. You think about it tho.... Say you have 1000 players who are spending around $60 a month on the game. Do the math 60 X 1000 = $60,000 a month! Then the price they are use to paying, being $4.99 per deal is taken away just because they decided to buy your $9.99 deal. Well that's going to make them very upset cause it did me and everyone I spoke to or comments I read. They all are mad cause what happen. It's like this if we want to spend every now and again to buy a $9.99 package or higher then we should be able to do that without worrying that if we do, the $4.99 will disappear. Now would you rather sale a bunch of $4.99 packages and the every now and again $9.99 package or high. Or are you that greedy that you would rather take a chance in this days economy to try and force people to pay the $9.99 packages if they want to get anywhere on the game? You need to fix this. I just took a big hit today all because of a hack that someone figured out. And if the $4.99 deals was their I would have spent about $30 just today. I will say it again if this is not fixed soon I am gone!!! Others will follow or leave before I do. Also you need to come up with other ways to help people who are of lv 20 cause you will loose even more. People get tired of not being able to do anything cause they are having to wait 12 weeks for something to get done upgrading. I mean at some point you have to say dang man this is ridiculous. I've seen people leave over that one to. Who has that kind of time? Be more considerate to your customers. 1WARRIORKING out!!!
