Do not play this game I've invested so much into this game and they will take your money and not reimburse you for glitches on their end. I put a two week shield up and 8 hours later it was gone and they refused to give you your stuff back that you paid for . They take days to reply and I have no shield and I'm going to lose all my troops
Hi. Did you attack/spy/onslaught anyone when you was under bubble? When you make such action it drops your shield.

are u sure that this shield was for 2 week? I have never seen such issue
Shields on (100% .. and it's still on) .. but was attacked and ripped 2,5 mill Influence.. which had cost me a fortune. I have complained (ticked to support) and if no answer or negative answer.. then I'm out of here.
If we purchase a shield.. then we should be protected .. but if somehow they are selling tools for taking down shields.. then there is no need to purchase shields at all.. because then it's only the players who are losing money to a "weapon trader / War commercial having a great time .. for the players to be stupid enough in the first place.. even spending money on the shield.
I hope for the "bug" and that it's not something dirty double play in the game.
