Game crashes all the time

Game crashes over and over again in every couple of minutes since the last patch.


I tried to send a ticket to support, but "send" button is not functional.

Same here. And the worts its I sent a ticket in July and still no solution to WebOpen gl memory error. What you wainting for?

unfortunately plarium support is probably the worst in game support i have ever seen, 

as long as they can fix stuff that has a gold button on it they seem to be happy if it doesn't then we can whistle in the wind i guess.

im also crashing a lot since the last update, my influence is messed up too just waiting for something else to break now 

contacted support but we all know what a waste of time that is

All browser players in clan are afraid to unshield.  The game may crash and come back to no troops.  Is really bad and everything is lagging.

The game is unplayable at the moment. I can!t even open in-game messages/event logs or send troops farming rss. Whatever I try doing, the game crashes.


Is there anyone in charge to tell anything about this crucial situation?

Usual diabolical display by Plarium.  Same format as always, Plarium make new game update and implement before it's properly developed and tested, as a consequence game continually crashing for hours on end and now currently not accessible at all for past hour... Usual stress over shielding, etc.   For the money paid to this bunch of muppets the service is simply unacceptable.

It seems that the problem has been solved.


But it would be better if someone in charge from Plarium would have said something about the issue.


Otherwise, what is the point of this forum?

Btw, the crashing problem came back. The game is still unplayable.

Hi,


when i start it work but when i do something it hangs.

Map not load, windows not load. After 1 minute sometimes the map will show or die window e.x. klanmembers

PC Browser


i can not play with this. It sucks now realy.


And now crash and allways internal Error.

Most when I click on something comes the crash.


And some functions not work or not see.

When I click on a member on the map i can not help him e.x. send res.

I must do this in the town with the market.

GG tech-support.
The problem is never gone since yesterday, it's only that there was less people playing. It started to lags again when there was more active players.

what is now with the game? plarium do nothing? must we pay money to fix the problem? we are patience but nothing happen. the webgl error is still up, now lags very hard, what is the next feature black screen?

Cannot play this anymore effectively.  :(

Game continuously crashes when scrolling across short distances of a kingdom since the update.
Game continuously lags after opening only several IG screens/popups.


Have been using Chrome before and after the update.
Whatever the root cause of this is, is not on all of our sides.

Not acknowledging these reports/complaints isnt a good marketing strategy Plarium.
