M at lvl18 and about to do lvl19 soon but the amount of gold you need to be at lvl28 is hard to find and needs to be calculated and it would be in millions(not a good way to spend those millions). Instead wait for super packs on vip and buy those when you get them. that way you ear gold as well as get points which i guess will be enough to do 1 lvl up and if you want to spend that saved up gold then go for some knowledge and if you want to calculate it then see the remaining points in lvl28 button and do this
(rem.points/5)*10 = no. of gold you need
5 coz 5k is highest no. of pack you have and 10 because 5k packet's worth is 10k...I have a fair amount of gold now but I still want to decide to go for lvl 28 or not , it depends on how much I need to spend. I want to know is it worth it or not to spend 9 M gold or more ?

I have 12M gold, but when I try to buy VIP points it only lets me buy 5M and spend 10M gold, I thought that is because this is all I need to reach max level, but it seems it is not. Why is that then?Isn't there a more button ... so when you hit on that then you can tell it to give you more than one pack of 5K vip points at a time ... and maybe you it seems you are confusing M with K ...because they sell 5K vip points for 10K gold and if you only have 12K gold then you can only buy one pack ... but if you do have 12M gold then you should have a "more" button.
It is a max level on some (most/all?) items that one can buy with gold. It looks to be at 10M.
If one buy 100 valued VIP points at 300 Gold per item, the max buy is 33.3333 items, or 9,999,900 gold.
If one buy 5,000 valued VIP points at 10,000 Gold per item, the max buy is 1,000 items, or 10M gold. etc.
This goes for everything that can be bought with gold, not only VIP points.

As you see the slider is maxed out at 10M gold, though there is 15M available.
Resulting in a buy of 5M VIP points.
Reason for this could be many, but does not see it as an issue other then perhaps creating confusion as with OP.
If you should buy a wrong item, at max, at least you "only lost 10M gold", lol.
Higher resolution of the slider would also make it harder to use if one want to fine-tune the number with slider. 1 pixel right/left would result in a gazillion steps up down in number of items, (given you had that amount of gold) :)
Would it take too much memory to give you all the levels beforehand?
I think they dont tell you so you wont be put off going onward.
Though I think you can find this kind of information on the web, it would be nice if you had it handy so you could find out if you could build the next few levels of anything in order to plan.

Over spending can be a nightmare. some how , dont know how it happened , I got the maximum amount of energy, so my hero was full, and as a result , I wasnt getting any free energy.
I perhaps didnt make it clear.
Maybe the game screwed up , maybe I accidentally hit a wrong button , or the mouse double clicked, I didn't deliberately fill up my hero with energy, as I know its generally not a good idea to do so..
This is one of those times when you definately need a "are you sure you want to do that button" maybe theres is one, I am certainly not going to try it to find out if there is .
