We all tick the terms of service and privacy box but very few of us have read it.  So what happens if we overstep the rules and i am not referring to the obvious ones language...abuse etc. If we are banned do we have there right to know exactly why the ban was imposed ? are we allowed to ask for evidence of said offence ? 

I ask this because if we are paying to play and suddenly find our accounts frozen with no explanation or proof of the offence it leaves a very bad taste in ones mouth.And certainly makes me think twice before spending money.
