At the risk of repudiation, here's my take.
John is correct, it's something that is complained about often,so the powers that be know about it already, and may or may not care to change anything.
Secondly if you had succeded with your attempt at skewing the result you may still have fallen foul of something else, namely rounding errors, specifically in linked events but also in general, which as a result of a recent posting they may be looking at.
It is possible to take an invader/ghost down to 0% but in order to get the last reward you have to hit it again.
In the past I noticed that when two events with similiar requirements were running at the same time, completing a level in one of them did not trigger a level in the second, such that it was necessary to go over what the game asked for.
It could be the same wiith training.
Lastly was what you attempted to do ethical? In the spirit of the game?
The fact that eveyone is doing it doesn't make it so, or a real competition.
Hello. It was a normal course of battle. Training started days before, and accelerated on the day of the battle. So that the end takes place in the time frame of the battle. But you don't get any points for that. Who knows, I would have gotten it if it had been terminated immediately. Thanks. I will do it again.
