Though I had other solutions to suggest, before I started writing my answer,I only had to re read the first line to see an obvious mistake.

 Almost  every day isn't good enough, If you do not log in every day, then the counter resets back to the start.

It is easy to over look sometimes, I have done so myself.

One of the ways  of forgetting is at the end of a competition, and another is believing you have claimed the two free daily awards, when only one thing has been clamed,as sometimes the two elements do not appear on the game page together.

The game resets at the end of the day, and if you do not refresh, and  just continue playing, the game will not acknowledge you have played continually.  

Nor will it change the game boosts and bonuses, which probably answers problem 2.

The rewards did change fairly recently, but overall I am sure that it was always the case, where the rewards get better as you go through the 30 days.

So yes ,its annoying  you missed out on the bigger daily rewards, but any player will miss out on what they would have got, had they made sure of logging in every day.

Regarding the Bonuses — if you see that the particular Bonus is active but it doesn't affect the in-game actions, please contact our support specialists as well. They will check this functionality and provide you with the most relevant information😇

As I wrote previously, I think  that failure of the player to ensure the game has been updated accounts for  both problems.

I am pretty sure, that in the past players have been advised to make sure that the game is using the new bonuses and boosts  after they have been changed.

Sometimes, at least for me , and others who have also written in, it seems that though the Events window,is showing  boosts and bonuses and invaders/ghosts have been changed, there may be a delay in them actually being live, which is why invaders,especially the holiday Ubers appear not to be there.

Thanks all for the replies. Might answer the first issue(I have my doubts  here), but the second one I actually logged off and on.  It just happen again when I tried troop trainiing. Game boosts, individual boosts, Aesir boosts and logged off/on. Slightly lower number of troops in training than previously, yet my time requirements was 40% higher(1400+ vs. 2400+).  All the boost were as high or higher than when I previously trained.  That does not take into account my Special Knowledge bumps I recently completed. I guess the game is going to require to get anal, this will only increase my frustration. I do the game to relax, not to get angry at. Thanks for trying everybody.

 Of course  I am not in the position to see what is actually happeniing, nor check the game mechanics, only they can do that.

 I am still  of the opinion that there has been/ is /maybe, a delay in the time reduction bonuses actually becoming active,i.e. working, after they appear in the events window.If this is the case then the making sure you have logged off and on that you say you did,will not have helped.

You can check this out for yourself,and if you are not getting the time reduction expected do not start the process, take a screen shot of your times, then maybe try again later and see if it  helps? 

In any event of there being a problem, it is probably best to not start the process and tell them then, rather than starting the process and complaining afterwards.

 All other things being equal. Like different kingdom bonuses earned, as well as the event bonus.

The only other thing that occurred to me is did you check that the hero was wearing the same gear when you were comparing times from other occasions?
